Here are video recordings of this skills updating workshop for the food processing industry that was implemented as a webinar on the Zoom teleconferencing platform in 2021.

The workshop, documented with over 9 and a half hours of recordings spread over 8 sessions held from October 20 to December 8, 2021, was conducted by noted authoritative food technologist Ms. Mary Rose J. Dementillo who received her master's degree in technology management and bachelor's degree in food technology from the University of the Philippines' prime NCR campus in Diliman, Quezon City.

Topics discussed included the basics of food safety, hygiene and sanitation in food operation and food safety management system. Capping off the workshop was an introduction to HACCP and 5S food safety models.

The Basic Food Safety Standards and Compliance to Market Demands workshop, and the publication of its proceedings in this learning management system, were made possible with support from the Philippine Exporters Confederation, Inc. (PHILEXPORT) and the Export Development Council (EDC).
